It ensures correct management of cash received and that all funds received are accounted for in a correct prescribed manner. It also ensures that consumer data is accurate in order to bill correctly, thereby improving cash collections and reducing outstanding debts<\/p><p><strong>KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00b7 Valuation &amp; calculation of rates for all properties.<br \/>\u00b7 Read electricity meters &amp; calculate charges<br \/>\u00b7 Produce monthly service accounts to consumers.<br \/>\u00b7 Collect all consumer service payments &amp; attend to all consumer account-related queries.<br \/>\u00b7 Enforce council\u2019s credit-control policy.<br \/>\u00b7 Disconnect electricity and water for arrears.<br \/>\u00b7 Upgrade and extend pay points and vending.<br \/>.
