    The Speaker of Council is elected by Council and the responsibilities of the Speaker are provided in the\nLegislation, Municipal Structures Act 117 of 1998 in Section 37.\nIt provides the support to the units in the office of the Speaker to enhance the role of the Speaker.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
